Thanksgiving in the Blue Ridge

Hi all
We've just spent a great 4 days in the Blue Ridge in the Shenandoah National Park at Big Meadows campground. The leaves were all gone, but it was quite peaceful. White-tailed deer wandered through the park (often within 100 feet or so) and we saw black bear (a mother and cubs). The weather was great and cool. It was a fabulous and relaxing trip. We will winterize the trailer when we return and then take it out of storage in late spring. Next summer we head through New York to see how the Canadians have summer and come home via Maine and Acadia National Park. We stayed there several years ago, but we stayed in a  hotel. I can't wait to actually camp in the park. Cool! So of course you have to come along. Enjoy!
